#65 Whip up some smoothies!


Smoothies are great on a warm day, or when your trying to cool down! Here is my favorite smoothie recipe!

Green Smoothie

*serving suggestion

Looks gross, tastes great!

What you will need...

  • Ice
  • Grapes (if they are frozen, that's good too)
  • One frozen bananas
  • Spinach 
  • Water
Here's how to do it...

  1. Break banana in half and place in blender. Throw in a cup of grapes.
  2. Put in a couple cups of ice, and 1/2 cup water.
  3. Fill to the top with spinach.
  4. Mix it up! Add water to your liking. 
  5. Drink with a straw :)This makes enough for two. You get one serving of fruit and one serving up veggies!
