Smoothies are great on a warm day, or when your trying to cool down! Here is my favorite smoothie recipe!
Green Smoothie

Looks gross, tastes great!
What you will need...
- Ice
- Grapes (if they are frozen, that's good too)
- One frozen bananas
- Spinach
- Water
Here's how to do it...
- Break banana in half and place in blender. Throw in a cup of grapes.
- Put in a couple cups of ice, and 1/2 cup water.
- Fill to the top with spinach.
- Mix it up! Add water to your liking.
- Drink with a straw :)This makes enough for two. You get one serving of fruit and one serving up veggies!
