Exercise and Encouragement

Eat to much valentines candy? Snow getting you down? Drink to many shamrock shakes? While exploring Pinterest, I came upon some awesome workout sites!

 Never seen a sight like this. Click on the area of your body you want to work on and it gives you various exercises to strengthen that area.
Click on the part of your body you want to work on and it gives you TONS of different workout ideas. Coolest site I have ever seen!
