#47 Good books

Love reading but can't find a good book to read? Here are a few of my favorite book series that will hopefully get you reading again!





 Christy Miller Collection
    
 Fourteen year old Christy from Wisconsin went to stay at her aunt and uncle's house in California for the summer. Hanging out at the beach, Christy meets two groups of friends-- The popular 'cool' kids, and the God-lover group. Christy accepts an invitation to a party at one of the cool kids houses, when she arrived, she quickly quickly realized that this wasn't the kind of party she was used to. Feeling like a baby, Christy leaves the party.Walking back to her aunt and uncle's house, she just happens to run into one of the kids from the God-lover group, Todd. Throughout the books, Christy and Todd (and all the other kids in the God-lover group) relationship grows, and Christy becomes very close with the Lord. She soon learns that although the lives of her 'popular' beach friends may look good, they defiantly aren't.
 This is one of my favorite christian series! To tell you the truth, I was kind of turned off by the cover of the book. But these books are interesting, full of teenage adventures, and have helped me grow closer to God. 



Gallagher Girl Series (I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You)
  

 Cammie Morgan attends Gallagher Academy. It's a school. For spy's. On one of her covert missions, she runs into a boy who notices her and doesn't make her feel like a chameleon, which is her school nickname, because she can always disappears. Cammie has a secret relationship Josh, and it seems to be working out fine. Josh takes her to a barn dance, where Cammie's mother just happens to be there-- with Joe Solomon! Will she be discovered? Will Josh ever find out her true identity? Will Cammie ever be a normal girl? Read the books to find out! They are all really good :)


YWAM Missionary/American Hero Books


My family owns all of the YWAM (Youth With A Mission) books. They are all true stories about Christian heroes and are all full of adventure! I love, and have read all of them several times. There are books about,

• Corrie Ten Boom

• Amy Carmichael 

And soo many more!
