Aaron, my 18 year old brother, received the gold medal congressional award for outstanding public service! This next week, my family will be traveling to Washington D.C. for Aaron to be honored. Instead of starting a scrapbook of our vacation, which would never be finished, I'm going to blog about each days activities--large and minute.
Today-- driving, driving and more driving.
Even a long car ride is exciting with my family. What do I do to keep myself entertained in the car? Bible studies, reading my Sisterhood magazines and music. The best part of our drive? 99 cent Speedway Cocacola Speedy Freeze.
After arriving in Fort Wayne Indiana, we got to visit with some family and chill at the hotel. Arm wrestling, swimming, and salsa eating-- it was a good night. :)
